ustable Linear Current

Two novel BiGMQS adjustable gain linear current irrors are presented. Variable gain is achieved by introducing dc voltage into the control loop. §i~u~ation and experimental results indicate that the gain is linear over several decades of signal current. The circuits are designed for maximum voltage swing with cascoded outpu~ to provide high output resistance. Index Terms-Mirrors, BiCMQS.
