Unbonded prestressing geogrid with fracture resistance

2014
The invention relates to an unbonded prestressing geogrid with fracture resistance. The unbonded prestressing geogrid with fracture resistance comprises main force-bearing portions and auxiliary force-bearing portions. Each main force-bearing portion comprises an internal reinforcement material and an external reinforcement material, wherein a steel strand with a round section is used as the internal reinforcement material, a round tube made of a polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride composite material is used as the external reinforcement material, and the space between the internal reinforcement material and the external reinforcement material is filled with graphite used as a lubricant. The main fore-bearing portions are connected through the auxiliary force-bearing portions in a geogrid mode, so that deformation of a soil mass between bar strips is coordinated. According to the unbonded prestressing geogrid with fracture resistance, under the condition that the tension capacity is not changed, the bending deformation capacity of the sections of the reinforcement materials is improved, stress is more reasonable, performance is more reliable, and particularly certain fracture resistance is achieved.
