Progress of anticoagulant system and thrombotic diseases in neonates

2019
Newborns are prone to coagulation dysfunction in stress after birth, which is related to their imperfect coagulation and anticoagulation systems. The neonatal anticoagulation system is in a process of continuous development and maturation, and its physiological changes are very complicated. In recent years, research on neonatal coagulation and anticoagulation systems has got a lot of achievement, but there is still a lack of large-scale randomized studies for a reference range of neonatal anticoagulant factors.Neonatal thrombotic diseases are more and more common. The treatment includes anticoagulative and thrombolytic therapy. Key words: Neonate; Thrombus; Anticoagulant system
