Dynamic Network Location Model of Charging Stations Based on Central Place Theory
2018
This paper proposes a dynamic network location model (DNLM) to reflect the growth and evolution of charging stations over time. To get DNLM, central place theory, cost and investment is added to the stochastic flow-capturing location model. Furthermore, we discuss the relationship between the number of charging stations and EVs, making up for the spatial and temporal dynamics of DNLM. Finally, a multi-objective programming model is built to solve the growth plan timeline of charging stations in Uruguay.
