The substrate is prepared by that scattered material is evenly paved and absorbed onto a formation fabric for dry paper making to form a fiber thin layer under the vacuumpumping of a vacuum air pumping device under the formation fabric, and carrying out antistatic-electricity treatment; and spraying adhesion agent onto a fiber thin layer, under the combination of mist spraying and vacuum take-off on sprayed back surface; and finally carrying out drying.
