PURPOSE: A mobile ultrasonic diagnosing probe device and a mobile ultrasonic diagnosing system using the same are provided to simplify a program operated in an ultrasonic diagnosing probe device and to reduce resource consumption by reducing a processing capacity of ultrasonic data. CONSTITUTION: A mobile ultrasonic diagnosing probe device comprises a transmission signal sensing unit(110), an ultrasonic probe(120), a 2D array processing unit(160), a compressing unit(170), and a wireless communication unit(240). The transmission signal sensing unit generates transmission signals for obtaining frames of ultrasonic images. The ultrasonic probe converts the transmission signals into ultrasonic signals, transmits the same conversion to an object, and obtains analog ultrasonic data reflected from the object. The 2D array processing unit arranges the ultrasonic data to be adjacent according to each ultrasonic vector, thereby processing the same into a 2D array ultrasonic data. The compressing unit compresses the 2D array ultrasonic data. The wireless communication unit wirelessly transmits the compressed 2D array ultrasonic data to the ultrasonic diagnostic analysis device.
