MZJ-90Y 型煤层气斜井钻机研制及应用

In order to improve coal-bed methane mining equipment technology level,to meet the needs of the development of coal-bed methane,the MZJ-90Y CBM slant drilling rigs are re-searched and developed.Overcoming the key technologies including:inclined derrick technology, lift and push technology,top drive system,gripping device,torque wrench,drill pipe conveying de-vice,load sensitive control system etc.The drilling machine has the advantages of high speed, small size,simple operation and high safety performance,to meet the needs of different types of drilling process of coal-bed methane.Field test results show that the function and parameters of the drilling rig can meet the design requirements and the test results are good.
