A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE SINO-RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION IN HARBIN AND YANTAI

The article has done a comparative research on the building-up of a Sino-Russian scientific and technical cooperation park both in Harbin (Heilongjiang province) and Yantai (Shandong province). expounded the differentials and problems in setting up such a park by the two cities and proposed some strategies and suggestions on the further enhancing of the Sino-Russian Cooperation.
