Constant temperature control system based on RNA virus detection

In order to keep the temperature of sample solution in the RNA virus detection, this system adopts incremental PID algorithm to design a high and accurate thermostatic system, which can control the temperature of sample solution in the measuring pool. The system uses MSP430 as the main control chip, sets the temperature through the keyboard, obtains the actual temperature value through the temperature acquisition circuit, and according to the difference between the target temperature value and the actual temperature value, then controls the refrigeration or heating by the semiconductor chilling plate driving circuit. The parameters of the incremental PID temperature control algorithm are obtained by calculation and many experiments. The results show that the constant temperature system with incremental PID control can achieve fast and accurate control of temperature, and the incremental PID algorithm has a high accuracy, with the error of ±0.6 °C. Therefore, we achieve the purpose of constant temperature in the RNA virus detection.
