Article is to reveal the peculiarities of development management logistics company focused on the adoption of competence-based approach to the description of its activities and decision- generation logic refl exive actions within the motivational component of the process of such management. Feasibility of such research areas supported by the fact that, ultimately ensuring the development of logistics enterprises is carried out by a particular artist, which are fully involved in the activities on the use of the material and technical base, and the contours of the strategic development and implementation of management actions. Taking into account the situation of insuffi cient consideration of academic economists parallel process occurring human resources development and capacity development of material and technical base of the plant, in this paper the need for coordinated control circuits these processes. It is proved that the basis of achieving such consistency is allocated under the mechanism of motivational, along with the incentives of refl exive actions aimed at moving closer images future state logistics, objectives and areas of competence of the enterprise.
