Активность над(ф)-зависимых ферментов в тканях аденокарцином эндометрия

The aim of the research is to define the dependence of metabolic changes in the tissues of endometrium adenocarcinoma on the differentiating degree of tumor. 53 patients of comparable age were examined: healthy women, patients with histologically verifiable of highly, moderately (group 1) and differentiated (2) endometrial adenocarcinoma in the 1st stage. It is stated that the most characteristic peculiarity of the metabolism reactions in the cells of low differentiated adenocarcinoma is high metabolic potential of the proliferative processes, that is much higher than in the first pathogenic variant of the disease.
