The invention provides a process method for heat sealing of brittle cylinders by using paper sleeves and a cone-shaped brittle cylinder containing ice cream. The process method includes: falling the paper sleeves which are provided with openings, falling the brittle cylinders, and enabling the brittle cylinders to fall in the openings of the paper sleeves. The process method further includes heat sealing of the openings of the paper sleeves after falling of the brittle cylinders. The outside of the brittle cylinders are packaged by the brittle cylinders, the side faces of the paper sleeves coincide with the shape of the cone-shaped brittle cylinder, the top ends of the paper sleeves serve as sealing openings, the paper sleeves are integrally formed in heat sealing mode, and the paper sleeves are made by adopting the process method. Brittle cylinder heat sealing solves the problem that a cover of a traditional brittle cylinder is easy to fall, and products are protected well.
