The invention relates to a method for extracting a tobacco aroma component through water jet comminution and entrainment-type microwave distillation. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding comminuted raw materials used for extraction of the tobacco aroma component into a stirring tank, adding water, stirring the mixture, and conveying the stirred mixture to a centrifugal separator; S2, conveying a heavy component separated out from the mixture to a water jet mill for water jet milling; S3, conveying a light component solution obtained in step S2 to a feed opening in the upper end of a continuous entrainment-type thin-material-layer microwave evaporation device, and then conveying the light component solution through a microwave resonant cavity in a horizontal back-and-forth and layer-by-layer rising manner, wherein an upper filter screen belt-solid/liquid mixed material layer-lower filter screen belt wafer material layer structure is formed through two filter screen belts; S4, sucking a gas-phase aroma-source substance together with steam into a condenser, condensing the gas-phase aroma-source substance together with steam into a liquid, and then separating the gas-phase aroma-source substance from condensation water by utilizing the separator, so as to obtain the liquid tobacco aroma component. The method is a pure physical method capable of extracting the high-quality tobacco aroma component through cell disruption and distillation.
