The invention relates to a disturbance generating device, in particular to a high-capacity unified power disturbance generating device. The high-capacity unified power disturbance generating device is of a three-phase structure and comprises a power conversion module and a power electronic topological transformation module, wherein the rectification side of the power conversion module is connected to an alternating current power grid, the inversion side of the power conversion module is connected with one end of the power electronic topological transformation module, and the other end of the power electronic topological transformation module is connected to the power grid side at the load end. The restrictions on the voltage class and the capacity of a power electronic device are taken off, and a voltage disturbance generating device and a current disturbance generating device are integrated in one.
