Bilateral Panlobar Nephroblasyomatosis and Bladder Neck Polyp in a Newborn

Nephroblastomatosis has been defined as the presence of multiple or diffuse nephrogenic rests or their derivates. Nephroblastomatosis occurs most often neonates and characterized by multiple bilateral subcapsuler masses. We report an unusual case of a term neonate with panlobar nephroblastomatosis. As our investigation there is no coinstance of and panlobar type nephroblastomatosis and bladder neck polyp reported in the literature before.
