The progress on mechanism in intrusive memory of post-traumatic distress disorder(review)

The memory dysregulatio,the core of the clinical manifestation for post-traumatic distress disorder(PTSD),is characterized by the intrusive memory.The progress of intrusive memory on prefrontal lobe,hippocampus,amygdale and the neural circuit in PTSD.We aimed to investigate the neuroscience on the basis of mechanism of intrusive memory and help to understand the circuit of the traumatic brain injury.
