Comparison of field deratization effects of two anticoagulant rodenticides.

Objective To compare the field deratization effects of Brodifacoum on rodent,and provide scientific data for deratization in Tongling city.MethodsUsing the power trace method to determine the field rat density and calculate the deratization effect.ResultsThe field corrected deratization rate was 85.9% for Brodifacoum and 71.5% for Bromadiolone.ConclusionBoth baits have good field deratization effects,but the deratization effect of Brodifacoum is better than Bromadiolone and it could be used in Tongling area.
