La inspiración poética, de Platón al romanticismo

espanolEl concepto de la inspiracion poetica ha sido desarrollado principalmente por Platon (sobre todo, en su pequeno dialogo Ion, aunque tambien trata sobre ella en Fedro, Apologia de Socrates, Leyes y Menon) y un concepto semejante ha sido expuesto entre los hebreos en las escrituras de los profetas. De todos modos, ambas ideas han influido muy claramente sobre la teoria y la practica poetica desde el romanticismo hasta la actualidad. Intentaremos mostrar de que manera estas concepciones de la inspiracion expresadas en el dialogo platonico son retomadas en el romanticismo (sobre todo, en el romanticismo ingles y, en particular, en A defence of poetry de Shelley) y constituyen la base de nuestro vocabulario poetico moderno. EnglishThe concept of poetic inspiration has been developed mainly by Plato (particularly, in his brief dialogue Ion, although he also discusses it in Phaedrus, Socrates’ Apology, Laws and Menon) and a similar concept has been exposed among the Hebrews in the Scriptures of the Prophets. Nevertheless, both ideas have very clearly influenced the theory and practice of poetry from Romanticism to the present. We will try to show how these ideas of inspiration expressed in the Platonic dialogue are retaken in Romanticism (mainly, in English romanticism and, particularly, in Shelley's A Defense of Poetry) and are the basis of our modern poetic vocabulary. DeutschDer Begriff der poetischen Inspiration wurde hauptsachlich von Platon entwickelt (vor allem in seinem kurzen Dialog Ion, obwohl er sich auch in Phaidros, der Apologie des Sokrates, in Nomoi (Die Gesetze) und in Menon damit beschaftigt), und ein ahnliches Konzept wurde von den Hebraern in den Schriften der Propheten erlautert. Wie auch immer haben beide Ideen die Theorie und Praxis der Poesie von der Romantik bis zur Gegenwart sehr deutlich beeinflusst. Wir werden versuchen zu zeigen, wie diese im platonischen Dialog zum Ausdruck gebrachten Vorstellungen der Inspiration in der Romantik (vor allem in der englischen Romantik und insbesondere in Shelleys A Defence of Poetry) aufgegriffen werden und die Grundlage fur unser modernes poetisches Vokabular bilden.
