Особенности диагностики и тактики хирургического лечения при недержании мочи у девочек с эктопией устья мочеточника

Analysis of clinical manifestations of extravesical ectopy in opening of one ureter upon duplication of kidney in 45 girls has been performed.The conclusion was made that upon selection of the nature of surgical intervention in cases of such pathology, one should possess accurate information on functional condition of the additional segment of a kidney.
