Separation,Characterization and Content Determination of the Ellagic Acid from Rubuso suavissimus Roots

The ellagic acid was extracted and purified form Rubuso suavissimus roots by solvent extraction and recrystallization,and analyzed the structure by molting point mensuration,FTIR,HPLC and MS.The results identified for the first time that ellagic acid was existing in Rubuso suavissimus roots and the content was 0.10%.
