The present invention discloses an intravenous flow controller comprises a caliper body, a caliper body comprises two half-valves are hinged together, the hinge point of the rear halves of the valves as a manual clamping handle, two half a side forming the front side of the hinge point left and right chuck collet body; left, middle and right symmetrically clip body and is provided with arcuate grooves enclose an infusion hose clamp chamber; the left side of the infusion hose clip holding chamber or right chuck body infrared sensor is provided with a transmitter, the other a right side of the hose holder clip body cavity infusion or left gripper is provided on the infrared sensor receiver body; with electronic control means is provided on the left and the right chuck or collet body a display module electrically connected to the control means set the display module, the infrared sensor and an infrared sensor emitter receivers. The present invention can accurately display the flow rate in the infusion hose, having a manually adjustable flow in the infusion tube, and the two functions to automatically regulate the flow in the infusion hose. Manually, without the need for any mechanical adjustment of automatic switch, very convenient.
