Efeito da atividade física em ambiente enriquecido na força muscular de camundongos C57BL6J

2019
The general objective of this article was to verify the effects of spontaneous physical activity in environment enriched in muscle strength of C57BL/6 mice. Ten healthy C57BL/6 mice of both sexes, aged 10-12 weeks, were used with about 20 ± 5 grams of body weight. The experimental design was started with the evaluation of body weight and strength levels, followed by 24 sessions (daily session) of physical activity with the experimental group (5 animals) lasting 60 minutes (each session). After all sessions were held, body weight and strength levels were again evaluated. The effects of spontaneous physical activity in environment enriched in the strength of the front limbs did not present significant values. The delta values showed a decrease; however, this decrease is smaller when compared to the control group. The effects of spontaneous physical activity in environment enriched in the strength of all limbs did not present significant values in delta values comparing the groups. The delta values show an increase in strength in the control and experimental groups. The results show that the anterior limbs of the animals did not improve muscle strength, but when the muscular strength findings were verified with all limbs, it was observed that the muscular strength had an expressive increase, since the size of the effect presents a great and very large classification.
