Abstract Percutaneous treatments (mainly radiofrequency ablation and ethanol injection) are modes of treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma. Seeding of malignant cells along the percutaneous tract is a very rare complication. We present a case of chest wall metastasis caused by radiofrequency ablation appearing years after liver transplantation.
