Multiple-effect water-based synthetic fluid and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil, especially to a multiple-effect water-based synthetic fluid and a preparation method thereof. The multiple-effect water-based synthetic fluid comprises, by weight, 5 to 10% of polyol phosphate, 3 to 5% of carboxylate and 3 to 8% of low-molecular polyol, with the balance being deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing polyol phosphate, carboxylate, low-molecular polyol and deionized water together, then heating the obtained mixture to 40 DEG C and mixing and dispersing the mixture with a high-speed dispenser so as to obtain the multiple-effect water-based synthetic fluid. The multiple-effect water-based synthetic fluid is multiple-effect lubricating oil, has integrated anti-corrosion, anti-rust, anti-freezing, anti-wear and anti-flame effect, can meet different usage requirements of a plurality of facilities and work conditions in a factory, is capable of effectively avoiding and reducing a usage error rate, lowers management cost, is safe to use and exerts multiple effects.
