Ventilator with adjustable ventilation quantity and container equipped therewith

The invention discloses a ventilator with adjustable ventilation volume and a container with the ventilator. The ventilator comprises a first ventilation plate the top of which is provided with ventilation holes; a second ventilation plate the bottom of which is provided with ventilation holes and which comprises a main body which is arranged away from the first ventilation plate and a side plate which extends from the periphery of the main body to the first ventilation plate and is connected with the first ventilation plate; a sliding stop which is arranged between the first ventilation plate and the second ventilation plate, and can be rotatably connected to a ventilation plate to cause that the slide stop can rotate between an absolute ventilation position and a closed position; and a locating device which is used for locating the sliding stop to the absolute ventilation position, the closed position and at least a half ventilation position between the absolute ventilation position and the closed position. The ventilation volume of the ventilator can be randomly adjusted between the maximum ventilation volume and absolute no ventilation, thus meeting the design requirements of the containers needing adjustment of the ventilation volume.
