The role of TLR4 in up-regulation of autophagy-related protein and MMP9, MMP14 expression via EMMPRIN stimulated THP-1 macrophages

This study investigated the mechanism of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) in up-regulating autophagy-related protein and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9), MMP14 expression in THP-1 macrophages which were stimulated by Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer (EMMPRIN).
