Analysis of heart、lung and main artery developping trend during fetal period

Objective To investigate the development of heart、lung and main artery during the different fetal period and find out their latent law.Providing the reference to appraisal developmental state of fetal cardiovascular and respiratory system,and predict dysplasia.Methods To collect 167 fetus in different gestational weeks.135 fetus during 12-36 gestational weeks were measured and analyzed,including three diamensions diameters and weight of heart and lung,external diameter of main artery.To observe the growth of embryon heart by histological method.Results The development of heart and main artery is common mode.The change of heart weight is obviously.The external diameter of pulmonary artery is bigger than aorta in 3 gestational month,but reverse in 9 gestational month.In 30 gestational days the basic form of heart is found by histological method.The histological character of fetal heart is similar to adult in 7 gestational month.The development of three diamensions diameters and weight of lung is steady from 3 to 9 gestational month.Conclusion The faster growth phase of fetal heart is before 7 gestational month.During the whole foetal period,development of lung is steady.
