Vulnerability analysis of southern rice to climate change - taking Jiangxi Province as an example.

Taking Jiangxi Province as an example,on the base of building comprehensive evaluation model of rice vulnerability to climate changes,this paper make an empirical analysis of rice vulnerability to climate change.The results showed:the sensitivity of Jiangxi rice was mainly in the low and moderate state,the adaptation was mainly in the low and moderate state,while the vulnerability of Jiangxi rice was in the moderate and high state.At the same time,this article also analyzes the performance and causes of every regional vulnerability,and raised some policy proposals of adapting climate change for different regions:in the vulnerability areas which were dominant by climate should strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction and improve capabilities of natural risk-defense;in the vulnerability areas which were dominant by irrational land use should change the traditional farming methods and enhance vegetation restoration and control soil erosion;in the vulnerability areas which were poor adaptability should speeding up rural economic development and enhancing their incomes.
