Discussion on Effect of Somatostatin and Dan HONG Injection on Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To discuss the effect of somatostatin and Dan Hong injection on treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:80 patients of acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups A and B.The group A(n=40) is combined treating group and the group B(n=40) is contrast group.The two groups were divided in the AEP and SAP respectively.Contrast analysis was made between two groups on curative effect,hospital stay.Results:The recovery of combined treating group was better than that of contrast group.The hospital stay of A group was shorter than that in the B group.Conclusions:The treatment of the somatostatin and Dan Hong injection to the acute pancreatitis might be better than the contrast group.
