Discussion Concerning the Holders of the Action of Denying Paternity in the Regulation the Current Civil Code (Discutii Privind Titularii Dreptului La Acţiunea În Tăgada Paternităţii În Reglementarea Actualului Cod Civil)

English Abstract: The article proposes an analysis of the current Romanian Civil Code provisions governing the rights of the holders of denying paternity action, namely: the husband of the mother, the mother of the child, the biological father of the child, their heirs and the guardian.Romanian Abstract: Articolul isi propune o analiză a dispoziţiilor din actualul Cod civil român care reglementează titularii dreptului la acţiunea in tăgada paternităţii, respectiv: soţul mamei, mama copilului, tatăl biologic, copilul, mostenitorii acestora si tutorele.
