Microwave Absorber and its parametric analysis

The paper proposes a design of novel thin and economical microwave hexagonal ring absorber with 8 GHz resonance frequency. The absorption parameter over a wide frequency range from 4 GHz to 12 GHz has been calculated here with the variation in dielectric constant, dielectric media and dielectric dimension. The effect of the oblique incident angle of the field wave within the TE and TM polarization mode over the absorption parameter have also been obtained and shown here. In addition, the paper also provides the mechanism to extract impedance for its absorption coefficient within its frequency range using a spice model.
