The invention relates to a bioremediation device and method for radioactively contaminated soil. The device comprises a temperature-controlled heating zone, a contaminated soil bioremediation reactor and a PLC monitoring system, which are sequentially connected, wherein a digital display type electric mixer, a micropore aerator, a pH automatic control device, an ORP automatic control device and a DO value automatic control device are arranged in the contaminated soil bioremediation reactor; the pH automatic control device, the ORP automatic control device and the DO value automatic control device are connected with the PLC monitoring system; and the PLC monitoring system comprises a PLC control panel and a server. The device and the method realize the effects of separating microorganisms from soil reaching standards and preventing operators from being hurt by radiation, and can effectively finish the treatment and remediation of the radioactively contaminated soil.
