Study on microemulsion of vitamin D_3

Tween80/n-Butylalcohol/H2O microemulsion was used to investigate the solubilization of VD3 of hydrophobic,The effects of sunlight on the stability of VD3 were comparatively studied in microemulsion(O/W,W/O,B.C.);The influences of temperature,sunlight as well as the pH on the stability of VD3 were comparatively studied both in O/W microemulsion and in ethanol solution;And the retention of VD3 in both of the above solutions also were invested with UV spectrophotometer.The results showed that VD3 contained in the O/W microemulsion,was much highly resistant to sunlight,pH and high temperature.
