Utjecaj načina priprave nanokristaličnog sloja TiO2 na efikasnost fotonaponske ćelije

2016
The paper examined the efficiency of photovoltaic cells prepared based with nanocrystalline TiO2, with different viscosity of the paste and the thickness applied a thin layer of the TiO2 on glass. It was eamined different wayes of drying and firing the applied nanocrystalline TiO2 layer and is determined acceptable way of preparation with adequate drying time and firing temperature of TiO2 film. Compactnesss of layers were examined by optical microscope, and its mechanical resistance checked with a metal spatula. Part of slides with prepared nanocrystalline TiO2 films were immersed for five seconds in a photosensitive organic dye extract with ethanol from dry flowers of hibiscus and other slides were left 30 minutes in the photosensitive dye. Induced photovoltaics is measured for seven days and on the basis of the obtained values the efficiency of photovoltaic cells was determined. The highest values of the induced photovoltaic photocells are provided made with a thin layer TiO2 nanocrytsalline with lower viscosity of the paste with a short dip in the photosensitive dye and the laboratory furnace by heating from room temperature to 400 oC at a heating rate of 10 oC min-1.
