The present invention is a UV - method and apparatus for ozone Combined Treatment of high concentration wastewater by oxidation. The method of the present invention comprising: mixing the waste water with a high concentration of ozone through the raw water tank is milky white, the water containing the ozone micro-bubbles into the reaction tank is provided with a vertical partition, said vertical partitions into the inlet side of the reaction tank and the outlet side, the inlet side of the reaction tank was added to the sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, ozone and hydrogen peroxide interacts degradation of organic pollutants; reaction tank water is recycled to a lower portion of the outlet side of the reaction the raw water tank again, another portion of the reactor into the strengthening occurs actinic after the reaction with ozone and subsequent synergy resulting degradation of organic pollutants, water inlet side of the reaction tank returns to continue the reaction; yield water overflowing from the upper outlet side of the reaction tank into the product tank, the pH of the water adjusted to yield 6- after 9 goes to a subsequent biological treatment process. The method of the present invention, high efficiency, good effect; apparatus of the present invention is capable of stable operation, small investment, and less running cost.
