The invention relates to a super-soft light wire cable with rated voltage of 250V and a preparation technology thereof. The wire cable is characterized in that a conductor of twisting multi-strand super-thin silver plating brass wires is adopted; the diameter of a single wire of the multi-strand super-thin silver plating brass wires is 0.051mm; a fluorinated ethylene propylene insulating layer is extruded by the thin wall of a high-temperature plastic extruding machine on the periphery of the conductor; the thickness of the insulating layer is 0.16mm; and a fluorinated ethylene propylene sheath layer is arranged on the periphery of the insulating layer. The technology of the sheath layer comprises the steps of: using a concentric twisting conductor of a wire cable bundle twisting machine for the multi-strand super-thin silver plating brass wires; extruding the fluorinated ethylene propylene insulating layer by adopting the thin wall of the high-temperature plastic extruding machine, wherein the insulating layer is subject to single-layer insulation and insulating wire cores are twisted together by using a cable stranding machine; and extruding the fluorinated ethylene propylene sheath layer by adopting the thin wall of the high-temperature plastic extruding machine. The wire cable has the advantages of softness, high-temperature resistant property, anti-aging property, impact resistant property, cracking resistant property and softness under a low-temperature condition, and is suitable for special environments of aerospace, electronic chariots and the like for controlling signal transmission.
