The invention discloses a magnetic inducing sleeping tool, which comprises the following parts: power conversion circuit, single-chip intelligent control mode, booster mode, bidirectional discharge mode and magnetic field launching coil, wherein the single-chip intelligent control mode stores, filters wave and modulate the normal sleeping electroencephalogram in the device, which controls button operation and LED human-machine interface; the booster mode amplifies electroencephalogram, which strengthens output power; the bidirectional discharge mode controls the polarity of discharge; the magnetic field launching coil transmits preset normal electroencephalogram into time-varying magnetic field with the same waveshape, which is coupled in the sleeping center of patient at non-contact pattern.
