Mathematical model and its validation of P92 material endurance strength based on larson-miller parameters

Using multiple linear regression,larson- miller parameter,integral and differential mathematical operation,the mathematical model of endurance strength was obtained. Based on the high temperature instantaneous rupture tensile strength,the lasting strength was predicted. Theoretical endurance strength of developed P92 materials(ASTM A335 P92)at 550-700 ℃was compared with experimental data. The results show good agreement,and using instantaneous tensile strength to predict the likelihood of rupture is realized. The multivariate nonlinear regression of P92 material test data was carried out,a temperaturestrength curve was obtained and compared with ECCC curve,the results fully meet ECCC technical requirements.
