Responsabilidad social, buen gobierno y control contable : el caso de la Federación Española de Deportes de Montaña y Escalada

espanolEste articulo de investigacion tiene como objetivo primario analizar los principios, normas y recomendaciones relativas al Codigo de Buen Gobierno de la Federacion Espanola de Deportes de Montana y Escalada. Dicho codigo ha sido desarrollado por la citada Federacion, teniendo en cuenta, por una parte, lo regulado al respecto por la Ley del Deporte de 10/1990, de 15 de octubre; por otra parte, tambien se ha tenido en cuenta la Resolucion de 18 de octubre de 2004, de la Presidencia del Consejo Superior de Deportes, por la que se aprueban las «Normas de Buen Gobierno» de las Federaciones Deportivas en Espana. Asi, tal normativa intenta alcanzar una mayor integracion en la sociedad de la organizacion federativa analizada, con la finalidad de aumentar, de esta forma, la transparencia sobre su actuacion a nivel global y, en particular, sobre la gestion del dinero publico que recibe para la consecucion de los objetivos sectoriales y los fines especificos que tiene encomendados en el ambito deportivo. EnglishThis research article has as primary objective to analyze the principles, norms and recommendations related to the Code of Good Government of the Spanish Federation of Mountain Sports and Climbing. This code has been developed by the aforementioned Federation, taking into account, on the one hand, what is regulated in this respect by the Sports Law of 10/1990, of October 15; On the other hand, the Resolution of October 18, 2004, of the Presidency of the Superior Council of Sports, which approves the «Good Governance Rules» of the Sports Federations in Spain, has also been taken into account. Thus, such regulations seek to achieve greater integration in the society of the federated organization analyzed with the aim of increasing, in this way, the transparency on its global performance and, in particular, on the management of the public money it receives for the achievement of sectoral objectives and the specific purposes entrusted to it in the sports field.
