Fibrinolysis-anticoagulation treatment in pulmonary fibrosis

Pulmonary fibrosis is a diffuse lung disease, which is characterized by chronic progressive damage of lung parenchyma and fibrosis. Finally,it can lead to severe damage of the structure and function of lung. There has been no precise and effective treatment for pulmonary fibrosis. With depth study of the mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis and the development of related molecular biology techniques, more and more attention has being paid to the effects of coagulation and fibrinolysis system on pulmonary fibrosis.
