Prüfung einer Dampfkesselbaugruppe vor der Inbetriebnahme: Ein aktueller Erfahrungsbericht einer zugelassenen Überwachungsstelle (ZÜS)

2011
The inspections according to § 14 of the German plant safety ordinance (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung) to be performed by an accredited inspection body (ZUS) are an important milestone within the commissioning phase of a power plant. In the commissioning phase of unit D of the Lingen CCGT plant the corresponding actions of the manufacturer with his notified body on one hand and the plant operator with his ZUS on the other hand were in interaction. Thanks to early coordination, the relevant interfaces and scopes of work have been defined. One technical object taken into account were the gas turbine assemblies for which the relevant regulations have to be defined at an early stage, which holds also for the natural gas pipeline systems. The boiler is a central component within the inspections. Relevant for the inspections of the ZUS is the scope of the boiler assembly which has not already been inspected by the notified body. In view of the operator it is beneficial to define the scope of the boiler assembly and correspondingly the scope of the responsibility of the manufacturer already in the order for the power plant. A further important task of the ZUS is to safeguard the correct interaction of the modules for lifetime monitoring and diagnostics.
