A low-pressure high-throughput method for preparing a reverse osmosis membrane

2014
The present invention discloses a method for preparing a high-throughput low-pressure reverse osmosis membrane, comprising the following steps: 1) the base film is adhered on a glass plate, the glass plate is inserted is immersed in the amine aqueous monomer solution phase, after removing the removing surface liquid; 2) is inserted into the glass plate was immersed in an oil phase containing the polyfunctional acid chloride solution, taken out and dried, step 1) in the aqueous monomer phase was added an additive added in an amount, per 100 parts by weight of the aqueous phase the monomer solution was added 20 parts by weight of an additive is hydroxy or hydroxy-pyridine derivative morpholine derivatives, the present invention can significantly increase the flux of the membrane, rate of desalination without causing significantly reduced additive cheap raw materials too, we are already industrialized products, thus facilitating the industrial scale-up production.
