Optimisation du processus de texturation des surfaces métalliques par faisceau laser

2007
Laser texturing process is characterized by realisation of micro/macro geometrical pattern on metallic surface which can have or not a regular form. In order to obtain the better performance indicators, it is necessary to study and understand the physical-chemical phenomenon which occurs during laser materials interaction. This article presents the experimental and numerical study of TA6V alloy texturing using a pulsed laser. In the first part of article the influence of operating parameters on the performance indicator, is quantified by using an experimental design method. Analysing the results it is observed that the pulse energy and the frequency of pulses are most influencing the performance indicators. In order to find the correlation between the operating parameters objectives functions, mathematical expressions were established. Mots-clefs : Laser Nd:YAG ; texturation ; optimisation
