The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission line operation and maintenance tools and specifically to a vibration damper displacement repositioning device for the overhead ground wire of a 35-110kV power transmission line. The repositioning device is a handgun-shaped tool made from insulated material in which a repositioning device front side plate and a repositioning device front extended plate are integrated and in which a repositioning device rear side plate and a repositioning device rear extended plate are integrated. Pulleys are fixed between the upper part of the repositioning device front side plate and the upper part of the repositioning device rear side plate through pulley fixing bolts. A cushion block is fixed between the repositioning device front extended plate and the repositioning device rear extended plate through a cushion block fixing bolt. The vibration damper displacement repositioning device for the overhead ground wire of the 35-110kV power transmission line may reposition the vibration damper, greatly shorten work time, reduces labor intensity and overhead operating risk, is simple in structure, and convenient, flexible, and safe to operate, and solves problems of equipment power outage, complex operation, and power line outage, in a conventional working method.
