Optimal design method for permanent magnetic synchronous motor

2012
The invention relates to a design method for a permanent magnetic synchronous motor and specifically relates to an optimal design method for the permanent magnetic synchronous motor, in order to solve the problems that the present design method for the permanent magnetic synchronous motor is unreasonable in design and results in cost increasing of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor. The optimal design method for the permanent magnetic synchronous motor comprises the following steps: a) forming a rotor of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor by using a steel shaft and a cast aluminum cage rotor; b) uniformly arranging even number of radial permanent magnet slots on the cross section of the cast aluminum cage rotor; and c) respectively mounting a plurality of permanent magnets along the radial direction in each radial permanent magnet slot, and ensuring the smaller intrinsic coercive force of the permanent magnet closer to the center of circle of the rotor and the bigger intrinsic coercive force of the permanent magnet far away from the center of circle of the rotor. The method provided by the invention is suitable for the design of an asynchronous starting permanent magnetic synchronous motor as well as the design of a frequency-converting starting permanent magnetic synchronous motor.
