The invention relates to the field of new energy storage devices, and specifically relates to a novel battery capacitor based on composite positive and negative electrode materials. The battery capacitor comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a conductive agent, a binder, electrolyte, a membrane, and a corrosion aluminum foil. The positive electrode of the battery capacitor is made of a composite material composed of lithium manganese and activated carbon, and the negative electrode of the battery capacitor is made of a composite material composed of lithium titanate and activated carbon. By adopting the lithium manganese and lithium titanate composite electrodes, the novel battery capacitor has the following beneficial effects: through the introduction of activated carbon, the conductivity of the electrode materials and the energy storage performance of part of the capacitor are greatly enhanced, the rate performance of products is significantly improved, and the need for high-current charge and discharge is satisfied; through lithium manganese and lithium titanate doping and coating, gas production, dissolution and other problems are solved, and the cycle life is improved; and through the use of the composite conductive agent, a better conductive network can be constructed, and the power density can be further enhanced.
