When the display panel exhibits a bright state, the electrochromic structure presentation transparent state; when the display panel exhibits a dark state, the electrochromic structure presentation colored state, the colored state exhibits electrical electrochromic structure can absorb light, and thus minimize the display panel light leakage at dark state, so that the minimum brightness of the display panel decreases, and thus improve the contrast of the display panel.
