CYFRA21-1、Pentraxin-3、ProGRP对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值

Objective To investigate the value of the levels of cytokeratin fragment 19 (CYFRA21-1),serum pen-traxin-3 (Pentraxin-3),gastrin releasing peptide precursor (ProGRP)in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The lev-els of Pentraxin-3,CYFRA21-1,ProGRP of 62 cases of NSCLC patients,62 cases of benign lung disease group and 60 healthy control subjects were determined with ELISA from October 2013 to October 2014.The value of Pentraxin-3, CYFRA21-1,ProGRP of NSCLC patients with Subjects specific curve (ROC).Results The levels of Pentraxin-3,CY-FRA21-1,ProGRP of NSCLC groups were higher than those with benign lung disease group and the healthy control group (P <0.05).The levels of Pentraxin-3,CYFRA21-1,ProGRP ofpartial response (PR),complete remission (CR) were higer than stable disease (SD),partial response (PR)(P <0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of entraxin-3,CY-FRA21-1,ProGRP single diagnosis were higher than joint diagnostic (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Pentraxin-3,CY-FRA21-1,ProGRP level has a certain value in the early diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC,the combination of the three can improve the diagnostic accuracy of diagnosis can be used as an early NSCLC diagnosis and prognosis markers.
