: We read with great interest the study of Sung et al1 . aboutthe effect of hepatitis C curein patients with and without hepatic fibrosis.In this study, the authors' results indicate that hepatitis C virus (HCV) treatment could significantly improve patient-reported outcomes (PROs), and then encouraging hepatitis C patients to actively seek effective treatment.
