Head disposable / replaceable brush.

A brush head (11; 11A; 11B) which is suitable to be held by a cleaning device (12), wherein the brush head comprises a plurality of layers of water-degradable material positioned on top of each other to form a stack of such layers, wherein at least two of the layers are formed from a sheet of water-degradable material that has been folded by folding on itself, wherein the head is configured so that a first end (61) of the stack is held together and an opposed end of the stack can be folded between at least two layers; wherein the layers of the stack at the bottom and top thereof are not impregnated with a surfactant while a plurality of layers of the stack between the top and bottom layers are impregnated with a surfactant; and that a plurality of layers are formed with bristle segments (60; 60B) adjacent said opposite end of the stack, each bristle being a double-layer loop-shaped.
